Early Life and Career
Luka Modric was born in Modrici, SR Croatia, Yugoslavia on September 9, 1985. He began his football career with local club NK Zadar before joining Dinamo Zagreb in 2002. After impressing with Dinamo, Modric moved to Tottenham Hotspur in 2008.

Modric spent four seasons at Tottenham, establishing himself as one of the Premier League's top midfielders. He made over 200 appearances for the club and scored 17 goals.
Real Madrid
In 2012, Modric joined Real Madrid for a fee of £30 million. He has since become a key player for the Spanish giants, winning numerous trophies including five UEFA Champions League titles.
